Jodi Dareal is a Staten Island-based Black artist and muralist whose work fuses the energy of comic book illustration, street art, and pop art. Using spray paint, acrylic, and digital art, Jodi creates vibrant, story-driven pieces that explore themes of mental health, legacy, activism, feminism, Black Lives Matter, diversity, and inclusivity.
With over eight years of experience as a muralist and a lifetime immersed in art, Jodi has transformed walls into bold, thought-provoking works that celebrate community and resilience. Her dynamic live paintings and powerful public art showcase her commitment to engaging audiences and driving meaningful conversations.
