Artist Statement: I can’t stress enough how important it is to take care of your mental health. Personally, the last year has been a rollercoaster of emotions. Thankfully, my wife has been there to help me through the ups and (mostly) downs of a stressful year. What has really helped is knowing that I am in fact not alone. So many people have come through to share their experiences during a time when I felt so alone. If you’re feeling like you need to talk to someone, do it. You’ll be surprised how many people can relate to your situation.
