Artists Statement: Oh gosh.... mental health (anxiety, PTSD, PMDD) is something I’ve struggled with but most definitely not ready to talk about openly however I am so lucky to have found art and being able to express my self and important messages Like this! Art has been such an outlet for me in many dark times, I’m excited to continue and spread important messages like this in the future!
